Who we are

WMW Transports started when Peter and Kerry Stevenson purchased Waikaka Transport in 2008. After five enjoyable but challenging years at Waikaka, the opportunity arose to expand into a different area of Southland. Milnes Transport at Isla Bank was added in 2013 with the goal of increasing efficiency and productivity of the services offered within both areas. This has been achieved by utilising the resources of both companies for the benefit of all our clients. The challenge of getting these two companies working in harmony was not taken lightly, but with the support of great staff and loyal clients, we feel this has been achieved.

To further increase the coverage, in early 2018 we started a new business in Southern Southland called Waituna Transport. This seemed like the perfect way to further enhance the already successful ethos of combining the resources of all three companies to help support our farmer client base in their future success.
